• Mark Twain Hobby Center offers faster discounted shipping methods on most items to help you get what order faster based on your needs. Shipping can be changed in your shopping cart when you are checking out.
• Most packages with free shipping arrive within 4 to 8 business days depending on how they move through the shipping stream, but may take longer during peak shipping seasons and other delays in transit. If you are needing your orders faster, please choose a faster shipping service that is offered.
• All orders placed by 2 pm CST are shipped same day with tracking.

• At Mark Twain Hobby Center, we work extremely hard to ensure that your order is shipped and arrives quickly to you. If an error is made or the order is not up to your satisfaction, please reach out to us before leaving feedback so we can work to correct for you. We are here Monday - Friday to help you!

• We want you to be satisfied with your order and offer free returns for orders placed within 30 days. Please start a return if you need to return a new and unopened item back to us. Ship the order in a box or envelope to prevent damage in transit back to us. Any item that is shipped back unsecured will not be refunded or a restocking fee will be assessed.
• All returns must be in new and unopened condition to be returned back to us. We do not accept back used or opened items for a refund. If an item is returned as new and arrives opened or used, the order will not be refunded or a restocking fee will be assessed. Please reach out if you are not sure if your order can be returned.
• If you receive an item that was shipped incorrectly to you, please contact us so that we can fix for you. In most cases, we will be able to ship the correct item with a return label for the incorrect item to be returned to us at no cost to you. 
• If your order is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can start a claim. Do not open or use the item as that will void the claim and the order will not be able to be returned.
• Defective merchandise is handled per the manufacturers defective item policy. Please refer to the manufacturers defective merchandise policy, or reach out to us and we will provide it for you.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts", US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
